Making the Purchase

So, you've found the perfect home that meets all your criteria, from a great location to just the right square footage.  I will guide you through the logistical — and emotional — challenges of the purchase process, to ensure you are in a solid position before you sign on the dotted line.

Pre-appoved vs. Pre-qualified

The housing marking remains super competative. It is of vital importance that you present the strongest offer possible right out of the gate. This means you need to submit a pre-APPROVAL letter from a trusted lender.

An on-line "pre-qualification" will not do and not all pre-approvals are  created equal.
